• Log onto the site
• (IF you want to change your password, click the help tab on the Randa Page)

• Student growth scores are not a part of teacher evaluations this year - they are weighted at 0%
• Everything is saved automatically
• Documentation is only required for areas where something is contested
• You can upload ‘paper’ documentation by Toshiba scanner, or by taking a picture with phone, all standard document types should be acceptable (.doc, .pdf, .jpg, etc.)
• This system does NOT automatically email you or your evaluator when changes in information have occurred
• Remember that all areas below your rating must be marked in every column beginning with basic moving from left to right this determines the proficiency level
• If evaluator rates you below proficient, they MUST make a comment about why that is the rating.

1. First step: Click on the My Evaluation (blue) tab
2. Click the link for Training / Orientation
3. Select:
   ** I have received training on the Colorado State Model Performance Management System which included an orientation on the Colorado State Model Educator Evaluation Process.
4. Enter the Date of the training (today 11/19/2014)
5. Check the box for signature
   ** (By checking this box you are indicating that you have received instruction on how to use the Colorado State Model Performance Management System and you understand how your evaluation ratings will be determined. You may not begin your Self-Assessment until this form has been completed.)
6. Click on the back button
7. Everything is saved automatically, so you can start your Self-Evaluation now or later.

Self Evaluation:

• Refer to your hard copy of evaluation that Kristi and Evelyn gave you at your meeting or use the link at the bottom of this page
• When you finish, you need to message your evaluator in the system with a message on the bottom of your evaluation page
• Classroom observable professional practices are listed as bold and italic text
